Participants will complete a survey that aims to determine what factors play a role in veteran disclosure of their status on campus and in the workplace. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participants must be over the age of 18 and have served in the U.S. Military at least through Week 1 of basic training. Participants will first be asked some background questions about their military experiences and then will be asked to answer a series of questions about their disclosure of their military identity on campus, in the workplace, or both. The survey has been approved by the Lamar University Institutional Review Board and determined to be of minimal risk to participants. Additionally, participants will have the option to opt out of individual questions as they choose.
